What you will do

• Define program vision, goals, and objectives for complex multifaceted projects.
• Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for internal programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as the principal liaison between cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor Professional Services KPIs and develop mitigation strategies for program risks.
• Standardize implementation artifacts and rollout Change Management best practices using Certinia.
• Mentor and support program management team members to enhance performance and career growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services and Customer Success at a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of SaaS project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Certinia and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and conducting Executive Steering Committees.
• Expert knowledge of Change Management principles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
