What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Q2C programs spanning CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into executable technical plans.
• Integrate AI tools into program delivery, including requirements synthesis, risk detection, and decision support.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within the Q2C process itself.
• Lead program governance, including steering committees and executive status reporting.
• Contribute to the PMO guild by developing playbooks, standards, and mentoring peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management for complex enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Q2C programs including CPQ, billing, and renewals.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for program delivery and productivity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue compliance requirements like ASC 606 and SOX.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Salesforce/NetSuite credentials.
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi.
