Principal Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Quote-to-Cash and Finance systems programs from intake and scoping through launch, hypercare, and value realization.
• Lead programs spanning CPQ, order management, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals across Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration layers.
• Drive requirements, design reviews, build, testing and UAT, cutover, go-live, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, dashboards, RAID logs, RACI, and executive reporting.
• Use AI tools for requirements synthesis, decision capture, status reporting, risk detection, test case generation, and executive communication.
• Coordinate Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, Business Systems, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders while contributing to TPM guild standards and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management for complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs.
• Proven end-to-end Quote-to-Cash delivery experience across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, NetSuite, and integrations with billing, CLM, tax, and data warehouse systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows to improve delivery and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with executive communication and influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Q2C transformations in high-growth or SaaS/subscription businesses, including subscription billing, usage-based pricing, and renewals.
• Familiarity with ASC 606, SOX, AI/ML or GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, integration platforms, and revenue analytics data platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, business intelligence platforms, or Salesforce and NetSuite certifications.
• Experience contributing to TPM communities of practice, developing standards, or mentoring peers informally.
