Manufacturing Excellence Consultant (WCM)

Location: Must be based in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Travel up to 75% of the time across the region. No visa or relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Deliver customer improvement programs using WCM methodologies to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Coach and train customer teams in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and operational excellence.
• Lead customer engagement and governance to ensure alignment on business outcomes and objectives.
• Support the implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) to improve problem-solving and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deploy improvement solutions.
• Contribute to the global WCM community by improving consulting methodologies and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Solid experience implementing WCM, Six Sigma, and/or TPM methodologies in manufacturing environments.
• Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a process-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience in selling consulting services or working in customer-facing consulting.
