TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Insight): Guiding customers through successful implementation of manufacturing ERP solutions for North American customers with an accent on system configuration, data setup, machine integration, report development, and user training. Focus on managing project scope and risks, testing solutions, providing consultative services, and building long-term client relationships.

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid). Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver implementations of manufacturing solutions onsite and remotely, including system configuration, data setup, machine integration, report development, stored procedures, testing, and user training.
• Provide consultative services such as needs assessment, productivity recommendations, best practices, and system improvements.
• Establish processes for managing project scope, quality standards, performance, and risks.
• Test configurations and solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Manage task assignments to meet commitments and support knowledge transfer to team members.
• Build long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Advanced English
• Solid experience in software development or implementation; ERP implementations and IMOS experience strongly preferred
• Solid SQL knowledge including stored procedures
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgets; proven success working with all management levels
• Understanding of manufacturing concepts, especially furniture production or woodworking (advantage)
• Self-starter able to work in fast-paced environments on multiple projects; excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to apply technical information; familiar with Microsoft tools and reporting services
