Senior Technical Account Manager (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure reliable and secure software operation.
• Provide technical assistance and strategic recommendations based on data analytics to optimize product investment.
• Partner with customer IT and design groups to ensure efficient installation, licensing, and performance of cloud and desktop applications.
• Manage priority handling, escalation of critical issues, and monitoring of service level compliance.
• Deliver proactive engagement through regular support case reviews and technical health governance.
• Lead coaching sessions and manage key events such as major software upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting hirify.global Civil products (Civil3D, Infraworks) and cloud services (hirify.global Construction Cloud/Forma).
• Proven experience in professional services roles for large enterprise clients.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of technical workflows and data exchange.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in other European languages, such as French.
• Experience with hirify.global Navisworks and/or AutoCAD.
• Technical consulting or project delivery experience with demanding clients.
