What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for all medical benefit offerings and resolve escalated carrier issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to improve internal systems and remediate bugs.
• Collect plan and pricing data from carriers to ensure timely group and individual enrollments.
• Develop and maintain internal benefit resources, standard operating procedures, and training documentation.
• Resolve complex benefit inquiries from Customer Success and Sales teams within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain vendor relationships through regular conference calls and account management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar medical benefits or HR operations role.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration software.
• Must be based in New York, New York for the hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
