What you will do

• Manage the HR mailbox, providing professional support and guidance on policies and systems to employees.
• Administer HR systems and SharePoint to ensure data accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation according to regulatory requirements.
• Support New Hire Orientation and other operational tasks as a backup to the HR Operations Specialist.
• Collaborate on improving and streamlining HR processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of one year of relevant HR experience (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple computer applications.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience in a professional, fast-paced HR environment.
