Salary: $375,000 – $410,000 (Target Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the West region to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the 50 to 9,999 life segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
• Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
• Analyze regional sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management.
• Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants.
• Strong ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams to meet quotas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
