Senior AI Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based within the EMEA or AMER regions. Listed locations include EMEA, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.

What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape high-impact AI transformation opportunities.
• Redesign business workflows and operating models across People, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions.
• Design, build, deploy, test, and improve AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Integrate APIs, tools, enterprise data sources, webhooks, and business systems into production solutions.
• Drive adoption by helping teams create reusable prompts, workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after launch, while sharing patterns and mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on AI and automation experience, with broader experience delivering complex solutions.
• Experience redesigning workflows or operating models and leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to measurable impact.
• Strong experience building and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
• Strong automation skills with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
• Experience in at least one complex business function, such as People, Legal, Finance, or Operations, plus business systems integration experience.
• Ability to influence functional leaders, align technical and nontechnical stakeholders, mentor others, and apply sound judgment about AI adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise systems used across People, Legal, Finance, or Operations.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.
