Senior Software Engineer - AI

Location: Remote, Europe

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS portfolio company supporting 25 software brands, including Usersnap, with a fully remote team spanning more than 50 countries.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered features from prototypes through production launch.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and related AI tooling to solve product problems.
• Own architecture, model selection, integration strategy, and quality, cost, and latency tradeoffs.
• Build across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed, ensuring features are tested, monitored, and maintainable.
• Establish reusable practices for AI feature development and identify reliability, cost, and edge-case risks early.
• Partner with engineering leadership, Product, and the wider engineering team on planning, requirements, and shared architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including shipping AI features to production and owning their full lifecycle.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or similar techniques in live systems.
• Experience defining success metrics, designing experiments, and running offline and online evaluations.
• Solid SQL, basic schema design, simple data pipelines, and hands-on data analysis skills.
• Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, prompt and model versioning, multiple LLM providers, vector databases, and LangChain or a similar tool.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance or security, or a strong interest in these areas.
• Experience fine-tuning models when appropriate.
