What you will do
- Build end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
- Design agent workflows that manage planning, tool interaction, and error recovery.
- Implement streaming interactions with tight latency constraints for AI systems.
- Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms for production environments.
- Collaborate across ML and product teams to translate AI capabilities into functional user features.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in full-stack engineering across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proven experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
- Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and database management.
- Ability to demonstrate strong ownership and take features from concept to production.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguous requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js and Python ecosystems.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing both SQL and NoSQL database infrastructures.
