TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, California (Hybrid)

hirify.global is building a proactive AI assistant designed to handle complex, long-running workflows and persistent interactions for everyday users.

What you will do

  • Build end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
  • Design agent workflows that manage planning, tool interaction, and error recovery.
  • Implement streaming interactions with tight latency constraints for AI systems.
  • Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms for production environments.
  • Collaborate across ML and product teams to translate AI capabilities into functional user features.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in full-stack engineering across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
  • Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and database management.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong ownership and take features from concept to production.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguous requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Next.js and Python ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience managing both SQL and NoSQL database infrastructures.
