Location: Remote (USA Nationwide). Must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and have a personal vehicle.
Salary: $111,300 – $160,100

What you will do
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for sports venue installations from initiation through closing.
- Manage project communications, schedules, and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
- Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate field verification, design reviews, and final system checkouts.
- Mentor other Project Managers within the company and lead large-scale, complex projects.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, construction management, or business discipline.
- 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for frequent travel (up to 90% local, 30% remote).
- Proven experience in installation, engineering, or field leadership.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as AVIXA, broadcast, or media systems.
- Advanced leadership or project management training.
- Mastery of MS Project.
