Salary: $111,300 – $160,100

What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for sports venue installations from initiation through closing.
• Manage project communications, schedules, and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Coordinate field verification, design reviews, and final system checkouts.
• Mentor other Project Managers within the company and lead large-scale, complex projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, construction management, or business discipline.
• 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for frequent travel (up to 90% local, 30% remote).
• Proven experience in installation, engineering, or field leadership.

• Industry certifications such as AVIXA, broadcast, or media systems.
• Advanced leadership or project management training.
• Mastery of MS Project.
