What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight for assigned customer programs and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on data management.
• Collaborate with study teams to define data management strategies, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to map data needs, identify process gaps, and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services, including scope, resource, and financial management.
• Act as an escalation point for program challenges and provide proactive consultative advice to clients.
• Drive organizational change and continuous innovation in clinical data workflows and decentralized trial implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, preferably in a consultative role supporting Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device organizations.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodology.
• Proven experience in project management, including scope, resource, and financial management.
• Extensive experience with data review and analytics applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
