What you will do

• Manage SaaS and ancillary billing, including data validation and cross-system reconciliations.
• Own the reporting and analysis of core operational metrics, including total bookings.
• Stabilize newly implemented accounting software by resolving system issues and implementing functional improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to optimize billing workflows.
• Build and enhance automated operational metrics reporting using BI tools and AI applications.
• Own the end-to-end sales commission calculation and reconciliation process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS subscription billing models.
• Ability to investigate inconsistencies and reconcile information across multiple systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for complex datasets.
• Working knowledge of accounting software, CRMs, and business software ecosystems.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k).

Nice to have

• Experience with full-cycle ERP or accounting software implementation (Campfire preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX), Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience using AI tools to automate finance and operations workflows.
