What you will do

• Perform age-appropriate virtual history and examinations, diagnose and recommend treatment plans for acute care.
• Evaluate, triage, and manage both pediatric and adult patients.
• Document medical information and review patient history for every visit.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and provide patient counseling and education.
• Request consultations or referrals with other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain active knowledge of current medical research and trends.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one US state.
• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• 3+ years of post-residency experience in a fast-paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification (Family Medicine or dual Internal Medicine + Pediatrics).
• Completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).
• Must maintain active Medicare status and not be under any federal healthcare program sanctions.

Nice to have

• Multistate licensure, particularly in GA, AL, TN, MO, SC, IN, OK, or MS.
• Experience with telemedicine and video-based virtual care.
• Proficiency with Athena EMR.
• Experience and interest in supervising Nurse Practitioners.
