What you will do

• Provide clinical and operational oversight for a team of Advance Care Providers (APP) specializing in complex primary care.
• Coach and mentor clinicians on clinical reasoning, member communication, and documentation quality.
• Design and implement new clinical workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor performance trends and quality using dashboards and direct observation.
• Manage team capacity, scheduling, and onboarding for new clinical hires.
• Maintain a limited panel of patient visits to stay connected to clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Prior primary care clinical background with strong management experience.
• 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) clinical experience.
• Active, unrestricted RN + APRN licensure and national certification.
• Strong track record in mentoring and developing clinicians.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
