What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance and management of the Consumer e-commerce platform to accelerate business growth.
• Define the product vision for the customer account system, including authentication, personalization, and preference management.
• Design and implement onboarding and account management for digital and brick-and-mortar retail channels.
• Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and internal stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, and Fulfillment.
• Architect technical solutions for complex product bundling, dynamic pricing, and flexible promotion strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive platform roadmap aimed at reducing technical debt and enhancing conversion and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce platforms or retail technology.
• Experience optimizing e-commerce, accounting, and payment platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of identity management, account systems, and customer data platforms.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Expertise in managing engineering teams using Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Must be based in San Bruno, California.

• Knowledge of API design patterns and headless commerce architectures.
• Experience implementing microservices architecture for platform flexibility.
• Deep understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, and e-commerce security.
