What you will do

• Lead pod leadership for assigned verticals, synthesizing research into continuously updated GTM Playbooks.
• Drive top- and bottom-line growth and define the overall product strategy for assigned portfolios.
• Identify category expansion opportunities and act as a strategic advisor on key merchant accounts.
• Influence the warrantable product roadmap by converting competitive research and win/loss patterns into features.
• Design custom solutions for major retail partners and execute strategic cost-saving decisions using AI agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years in retail category management, product strategy, or similar analytical roles in e-commerce or tech.
• Demonstrated experience owning products or initiatives from ideation through launch and enablement.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools and Excel for data modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong ability to research, synthesize complex information, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience using BI tools to inform data-grounded strategy and optimization.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI/agentic tools for workflow automation.
• Exposure to underwriting/actuarial concepts, insurance risk analysis, and retail pricing strategies.
