What you will do

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for home appliance kitchen categories to achieve online sales goals.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns and product launches to maximize ROI and revenue.
• Maintain operational trackers, SKU lists, and promotional calendars to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior using GA4 and Tableau to optimize product assortments.
• Improve the customer purchase journey through data-driven insights and A/B testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure error-free launch of all go-to-market programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in online merchandising or related work experience.
• Proficiency with GA4, Tableau dashboards, and advanced Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, on-site search optimization, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to large groups.
