What you will do

• Own, manage, and continuously prioritize the product backlog for assigned iJoin platform capabilities.
• Translate business objectives, client needs, and product strategy into epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, and data teams to prepare sprint-ready work and ensure shared understanding.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day product decision-maker for the scrum team.
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and support release readiness.
• Collaborate with client success and operations teams to continuously improve product functionality based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager role.
• Must have comprehensive experience working with recordkeeping systems, specifically FIS Relius and/or OMNI.
• Proven experience owning a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
• Experience delivering web-based or SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in the retirement, financial wellness, wealth management, or employee benefits industry.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience supporting B2B2C digital solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data exchanges, and platform interoperability.
