What you will do

• Own and maintain the RBCloud product backlog, including story writing and prioritization.
• Define acceptance criteria and definitions of done to ensure high-quality engineering delivery.
• Serve as the primary business and customer advocate throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate core product meetings such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Track delivery metrics like throughput and cycle time to report progress and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate release readiness across support, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical PM working directly with engineering teams.
• Proven experience owning a backlog and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs, sequencing, and feasibility with engineers.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and business stakeholders to validate priorities.
