Salary: $114,000 - $165,300

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Plan Sponsor reporting, PPI, and user access management.
• Lead product discovery and end-to-end delivery across Agile teams, defining epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the authentication and digital identity strategy, partnering with Cybersecurity to implement IAM, SSO, and MFA.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical features that deliver accurate and user-friendly reporting experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, UX, Legal, and Compliance to align priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, product adoption, and health metrics to drive continuous improvement and P&L performance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (No sponsorship, CPT, or OPT available)
• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or Digital Product Development.
• Proven experience managing enterprise digital products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
• Background in retirement plan administration, wealth management, or financial services platforms.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, and MFA.
• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms, business intelligence, or customer analytics.
• Proficiency with Figma, Jira, and working with APIs.
