Salary: $147,900 – $203,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do

• Define the governance and roadmap for an international research portfolio in the UAE.
• Establish scalable frameworks for rigorous and compliant research delivery.
• Coordinate between Health Science, Product, Regulatory, and external global partners.
• Own the strategic dissemination plan for publications and clinical validation.
• Identify and manage high-impact research partnerships and external CROs.
• Travel to the UAE (10-15%) to cultivate collaborative relationships with partner institutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in scientific, clinical, or health research.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a health or life-science field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the human/clinical research lifecycle, including protocol design and IRB/ethics.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to travel to the UAE (approximately 10-15% of the time).

Nice to have

• Prior experience leading research initiatives in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
