Salary: $108,000 — $148,500 CAD (annual base range)

What you will do

• Structure and execute large-scale, continuous, or time-bound programs by clarifying priorities, defining program process flows, and enabling delivery of cross-team deliverables.
• Lead multi-team technical programs, managing interdependencies, aligning product/engineering, and delivering results against shared multi-quarter objectives.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, maintain transparency with senior leadership, and communicate status, risks, and delivery progress clearly.
• Drive process innovation and operational excellence by improving efficiency and velocity, and by coaching/mentoring others on methods and procedures.
• Lead via influence without direct authority, unblocking progress, defining timelines, and escalating with recommendations when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading cross-organizational programs of moderate-to-high complexity across multiple teams and product/technical areas.
• Proven lifecycle leadership: manage scope changes, re-plans, and business pivots while maintaining stakeholder alignment and team progress.
• Strong program strategy and execution skills, including proactive dependency management, timeline definition, and risk identification.
• Experience with risk management and transparent communication to senior leadership, including escalation with recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to management and beginning to present to executive leadership.
• Cross-functional partnership experience with engineers, PMs, designers, QA, and architects across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working on programs involving security-based applications and/or features.
• Familiarity with basic IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, etc.).
