What you will do

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and executive management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within healthcare, biotechnology, or genetics.
• Proven success in managing high-priority, cross-functional projects and leading teams.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, specifically Smartsheet.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and drive process improvement strategies.

Nice to have
