What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic cross-functional programs focused on customer success and security initiatives.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations to align priorities and drive consensus.
• Design initiatives that improve customer security posture and overall success.
• Create executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and communications for senior leadership.
• Analyze business challenges and recommend scalable solutions to improve program health.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 5–7 years of experience with security-related programs, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience in executive storytelling (PowerPoint).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in the EST time zone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Visio.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and commercial programs.
• Previous experience supporting large enterprise organizations or global technology environments.
