What you will do

• Own new data product initiatives from discovery through to launch and early scale.
• Translate product vision into clear goals, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Lead product discovery and experimentation to validate problems, assumptions, and value.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Oversee iterative delivery using Agile and lean product practices.
• Monitor live products post-launch to drive engagement and growth through data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery in a digital, data, or platform environment.
• Strong grounding in product discovery, experimentation, and agile delivery.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and data.
• Ability to use customer insight and data to inform product decisions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be located in or able to work from London or Manchester.

Nice to have

• Experience working on data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
• Exposure to commercial thinking, including value cases or benefits tracking.
• Familiarity with OKRs or similar outcome-based frameworks.
• Experience operating in a large or complex organization.
