Location: Hybrid; expectation of being based at London and Welwyn Garden City offices 3 days a week

What you will do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for AI Governance, ensuring alignment across legal, cybersecurity, and risk teams.
• Lead the AI Adoption programme to provide colleagues with appropriate AI tools and productivity solutions.
• Own and manage specific AI productivity tools, defining their product vision and roadmaps to maximize business value.
• Implement governance frameworks that enable broad AI usage while maintaining strict risk management and ethical standards.
• Build, nurture, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers across AI governance and productivity workstreams.
• Partner with engineering counterparts to steer sprint and release planning for iterative delivery of value.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing AI Ethics, Risk, Compliance, or AI Governance policies and tools.
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to measure the value of productivity gains and commercial drivers.
• Proven experience using product roadmaps to create stakeholder and team alignment.
• Proficiency in the Product Management lifecycle, Agile principles, and data-driven prioritisation.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from London and Welwyn Garden City offices 3 days per week
