Location: Blackfriars, London office; in-person work three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home on other days.

What you will do

• Enhance the subscriber experience across on-platform and off-platform channels.
• Develop and refine AI-driven tools, including search assistants and research agents.
• Drive translations, geotargeting, reporting, and customer feedback initiatives.
• Expand MCP server capabilities and API integrations for partnerships and seamless user experiences.
• Own the lifecycle of client-facing data products within a cross-functional squad.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, analytics teams, data engineers, and data scientists.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience, ideally focused on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Foundational understanding of AI technologies, product strategy, and user-centered design.
• Experience working with developers, designers, data specialists, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with customer feedback tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
