What you will do

• Partner with internal stakeholders and executives to align product strategy with company goals.
• Develop and own a clear, forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value.
• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and continuous iteration.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product direction and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver effective product solutions.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, and business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital product or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across teams and levels.
• Proven experience delivering software products or features end-to-end.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 5 days per week.
