hirify.global is an incubation firm building and investing in scalable tech companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security. Trase Systems offers end-to-end AI solutions for deploying and optimizing AI agents in enterprises.

What you will do

  • Partner with sales on discovery calls, deep-dives, and evaluations to clarify requirements.
  • Translate customer problems into use cases, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
  • Build rapid demo mock-ups and proof-of-concepts to validate workflows.
  • Own demo assets like scenarios, sample data, and reference architectures.
  • Write requirements summaries, solution proposals, and architecture diagrams.
  • Provide feedback to product on customer needs and support delivery handoffs.

Requirements

  • Experience as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar in customer-facing technical sales.
  • Strong technical fluency to explain systems and tradeoffs.
  • Excellent communication to lead conversations and build trust.
  • Product-minded to turn ambiguous input into clear requirements.
  • Skills in building quick demos, working with APIs and integrations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Senior experience with complex customer engagements.
