What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end full stack features, from React frontends to Go backend services and APIs.
• Build scalable, idempotent money-movement flows with accurate ledgering, reconciliation, and compliance gating.
• Set high technical standards for system resilience, extensibility, and observability.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted and spec-driven development to accelerate delivery speeds.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Compliance teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team through code and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Vancouver/Burnaby office.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Professional experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Experience designing secure and performant software on cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Proven ability to lead engineers on large features and manage technical workstreams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
