Lead Developer/Software Architect (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, roadmap, and delivery of the Partner Portal and Billing/Admin Portal.
• Translate commercial and operational needs into maintainable software features.
• Develop full-stack features using React/TypeScript, Node.js/Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and maintain integrations with HubSpot CRM and various ERPs such as Acumatica and Sage Intacct.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments across Azure, AWS, and Hetzner.
• Mentor other developers and set engineering standards for CI/CD and secure-by-default practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with lead-level ownership of production web applications.
• Strong full-stack proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience designing and operating containerized services with Docker and deploying to Azure or AWS.
• Proven track record of integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work core hours in Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with ERPs (Acumatica, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Familiarity with quoting, billing, subscription, or licensing systems.
• Experience with IaC and observability tooling like Application Insights, Grafana, or Loki.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tooling and LLM APIs.
• Bilingual French/English proficiency.
