Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production automations and UIs to remove manual operational steps.
• Partner with frontend engineers to productize internal ops tooling for global scalability.
• Execute operational procedures to identify, document, and surface painful manual processes for automation.
• Instrument and report impact metrics (MTTC, queue sizes, etc.) to iterate on solutions.
• Build auditable and safe automations with RBAC and clear runbooks in collaboration with Compliance and Security.
• Own the full system lifecycle, including CI/CD (ArgoCD, Terraform) and on-call support rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with large-scale production systems.
• Deep expertise in Golang, including concurrency models, memory management, and the standard library.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end user-facing features with TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Ability to reason about human workflows as systems and strong analytical skills.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of financial markets (exchanges, broker-dealers, clearing).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API design (REST, gRPC), and distributed systems.
• Experience with capacity planning and benchmarking.
