What you will do

• Reconcile equity compensation financial reporting results (ASC 718 and ASC 260) between legacy systems and the NextGen platform.
• Perform grant-level administrative reconciliation of equity data, including vesting schedules, exercises, and transaction history.
• Develop and deliver detailed comparison reports to identify, quantify, and resolve calculation discrepancies.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing equity and reconciliation workstreams.
• Mentor junior contributors to ensure standards of accuracy and accountability are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional data loading and product teams to ensure seamless migration and system alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on equity compensation management.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 718 expense reporting and ASC 260 diluted EPS.
• Experience with administrative equity reconciliation and year-end tax reporting (W-2 inserts, Forms 3921, 3922).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for querying large datasets.
• Must be based in the USA.
