Enterprise Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: US Remote; travel to client sites required 20–30% of the time.

Salary: $101,400–$152,000 USD in Zone 1 and $94,700–$142,100 USD in Zone 2, depending on US location. International compensation varies by location.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects from initiation through close.
• Act as the primary client contact and partner with the Delivery Manager to deliver projects on schedule.
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions to document business requirements.
• Configure hirify.global environments according to client needs and platform best practices.
• Train clients on platform functionality and create customized resources for client-specific workflows.
• Identify implementation risks, develop solutions with cross-functional teams, and support client success.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in client-facing work, project management, technology or SaaS implementation, and/or the home services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with delivery, product, data, and training teams.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel to client sites 20–30% of the time.

• Experience with Excel and SmartSheet.
