Implementation Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Nashville, United States — hybrid. Employees based outside the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, with additional travel possible based on role and business needs.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end implementations for enterprise lending clients, managing scope, risks, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
• Run discovery and planning sessions with senior stakeholders and translate lending workflows into implementation roadmaps.
• Manage client escalations, organizational complexity, and high-impact issues through timely resolution.
• Identify process improvements, standardize repeatable solutions, and document implementation playbooks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and strengthen client outcomes.
• Track implementation metrics, support junior implementation managers, and use AI tools for planning, communication, analysis, and risk identification.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Demonstrated success delivering concurrent client implementations on time and achieving measurable client outcomes.
• Strong client communication, relationship management, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Understanding of construction finance and lending workflows, including draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, and loan administration.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methodologies and the ability to adapt to client environments.
• Comfort using project management tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a community bank or credit union.
• Familiarity with construction lending, draw management, lending operations, or loan administration.
• Experience in customer success, professional services, client onboarding, or complex cross-functional projects.
