SLED Account Executive (Networking)

SLED Account Executive (Networking): Driving revenue growth within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector by developing new partnerships and managing existing accounts with an accent on demand generation and Erate funding. Focus on prospecting, articulating the value of end-to-end wired/wireless networking solutions, and expanding the install base.

Location: Remote (United States), must be based in Minnesota (Twin Cities)

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 base + commission (50/50 split)

What you will do

• Prospect and develop new business relationships within the SLED sector and existing customer base.
• Attain 100% or more of set quarterly sales quotas and execute corporate initiatives.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners and cross-functional teams.
• Provide in-depth business planning, including monthly forecasts and pipeline development.
• Demonstrate the value of wired/wireless data networking, management, and security solutions.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospects and existing customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Minnesota Twin Cities area.
• Proven SLED experience, including deep knowledge of Erate funding and the Erate sales process.
• Ability to travel weekly to meet with customers and partners.
• Experience with SFDC and Clari.
• Proven track record as a "hunter" in developing new prospective customers.
• Strong business plan development and forecasting skills.
