Director of Professional Services (ERP/SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants residing in Canada; legally eligible to work in Canada. Availability to travel approximately 15–20% and overlap with EST, CST, or PST hours required.

Salary: Base $175,000/year CAD; bonus $40,000/year CAD; OTE $215,000/year CAD.

What you will do

• Own the P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and margin protection.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across concurrent ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
• Lead, develop, and resource consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Serve as the senior escalation and relationship point for key customers.
• Identify delivery and financial risks, implement mitigation plans, and improve delivery lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support on scoping, pricing, roadmaps, ticket prioritization, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or software and technology roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably as a Senior Manager or Director in Professional Services.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects, P&L, book of business, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for revenues up to $3–5M.
• Successful delivery of short, time-boxed ERP/SaaS implementations across concurrent projects, including turning loss positions into profitable businesses.
• Must be based in Canada, legally eligible to work in Canada, available to travel 15–20%, and able to overlap with EST, CST, or PST hours.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in technology, an MBA, or another advanced degree.
• Knowledge of Canadian K–12 and nonprofit sectors, including school boards and nonprofit organizations.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience managing remote global teams and fixed-budget contracts.
• Experience using AI or AI-assisted tools for delivery or operations.
