Senior Director, Technical Implementations and Onboarding

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. Occasional travel may be required, including leadership travel averaging once per month. GTM roles include in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Annual base salary: USD 139,000–202,000 for US-based roles or CAD 131,000–190,000 for Canada-based roles, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and develop multi-layered technical implementation, onboarding, professional services, and technical account management teams.
• Define team strategy, engagement models, delivery standards, playbooks, operating rhythms, and success metrics.
• Manage managers and senior individual contributors, including hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and capacity planning.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Sales Engineering, Support, and Product leadership to improve the customer lifecycle from sales handoff through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for high-impact customer and organizational challenges.
• Provide insights on customer health, adoption trends, risks, investment priorities, and roadmap feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in post-sale SaaS roles such as Implementation, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including progression to managing managers and/or multiple technical functions.
• Experience leading individual-contributor technical teams and specialized technical roles.
• Experience building repeatable service delivery models and leading organizational change.
• Strong technical foundation in SSO, SCIM, directory services such as AD, Okta, and Azure AD, APIs, CLI tools, and SaaS architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presence, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or another password manager.
