Salary: $163,000 - $282,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Drive velocity and teamwork by optimizing engineering sprints and maximizing cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish project goals, map workstreams, and track progress against high-bar delivery plans.
• Manage product release schedules and critical milestones across AI, energy systems, and product teams.
• Translate customer and commercial priorities into engineering requirements and technical feasibility.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure team focus on high-priority development tasks.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project/program management or product development experience.
• Experience driving a program from prototype to maturity at an enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of implementing TPM processes in engineering organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

• Master's degree in engineering disciplines.
