Salary: $163,000 – $261,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex Hardware Systems and Safety programs through the full product lifecycle at scale.
• Consolidate input from hardware, software, manufacturing, legal, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Establish project plans, milestones, and priorities aligned with product development goals.
• Develop dashboards to track status and communicate key project metrics and risks to the organization.
• Represent the HW Systems and Safety organization in program meetings to report status and propose mitigation steps.
• Drive change management processes and identify system-level technical improvements.

Requirements

• Based in Pittsburgh, PA or San Francisco / Mountain View, CA.
• 3-5 years of program management experience in fast-paced, fluid environments.
• Experience developing hardware using a defined Product Development Process (Stage Gates).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex designs and risks.
• Proficiency with project management tools and experience using AI tools for business productivity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
