What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of enterprise AI engagements, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including workstreams, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Manage Jira and project documentation as the single source of truth for decisions and risks.
• Drive project cadences and translate discussions into actionable commitments across teams.
• Identify risks and blockers early to establish and drive mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations on project financials and improve delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or technical program management.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior enterprise customers.
• Ability to quickly develop technical fluency in AI concepts like RAG, agents, and extraction.
• Proficiency with Jira and strong discipline around data accuracy.
• Ability to travel up to 15% annually.
