Technical Project Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY, or remote within the United States. Additional listed locations include Atlanta and Nashville. Annual travel of up to 15% is required.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 USD annually, including target bonus, plus employee stock options.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of enterprise AI engagements against scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain project plans covering workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, ownership, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain Jira and project documentation as accurate sources of truth for decisions, commitments, risks, and status.
• Lead project cadences, convert discussions into actions and decisions, and drive commitments across internal and customer teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating issues when needed.
• Report delivery progress and partner with Operations on project financials, closeout, tools, standards, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery, project coordination, or technical program management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including direct work with senior enterprise customers.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to develop working knowledge of agents, RAG, evaluation, knowledge bases, classification, and extraction.
• Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, with strong documentation and data-accuracy discipline.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.
