Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager (Fitness Software)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $56,000–$85,000 annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise onboarding, conversion, and integration projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations and balancing scope, timelines, quality, risk, and satisfaction.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, document business and financial needs, and maintain deployment and integration schedules.
• Coordinate internal departments, delegate issue resolution, and partner with leadership and Software Development on complex implementation matters and product improvements.
• Lead client training, customer visits, and brand-specific onboarding content delivery in person and virtually.
• Review deliverables, provide project reporting, and complete handoff documentation to Customer Success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience; 3+ years of project management, client communication, technical coordination, and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, and OneNote.
• Experience coordinating several projects with multiple deadlines and resolving customer issues across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, leadership, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and implement technical skills, with availability for on-call support 24/7.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Project management certification or experience using project management tools.

• Bilingual language skills.
• Experience using AI for research and business operations.
