Salary: $139,100–$153,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee small consulting teams and manage relationships with multiple clients across industries.
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative technology solutions.
• Manage project delivery across the SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, risk management, change control, and delivery.
• Lead IT solutions across web and mobile development, AWS and Azure cloud, data, IoT, machine learning, DevOps, and AI.
• Present to and facilitate meetings with technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues, support career development, contribute to recruiting, and lead learning and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong foundation in application development.
• Background in technical or management consulting.
• Project leadership experience covering planning, estimation, execution, issue and risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience architecting technical solutions, working across the SDLC, and applying Agile software development practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and communicating solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
