Location: Must be based in Stamford, CT (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

What you will do

• Maintain air-ready schedules and program formats using proprietary scheduling systems across digital and linear platforms.
• Coordinate the scheduling and reprocessing of quick-turnaround primetime programming to ensure 24/7 continuity.
• Perform traffic compares and implement scheduling changes based on programming adjustments or operational needs.
• Execute contingency scheduling for sports replays, including filler programming and schedule sliding.
• Validate webscheduler playlists for reliable resource and hardware assignments prior to play-out.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical scheduling issues as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and relevant certification, or Associate's Degree in Media or Communications.
• Solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, or technical production requirements.
• Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work on-site in Stamford, CT (Hybrid).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (5pm-2am ET), weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of professional experience with traffic systems or on-air scheduling systems.
• 2+ years of experience working in a 24/7 broadcast operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
