Lodge Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Onsite in Shreveport, LA, United States (Rotational schedule: 14/14, 21/10, or 28/14 days)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, including food services, housekeeping, front desk, and janitorial services.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in alignment with legislative and company standards.
• Lead, coach, and support multidisciplinary teams, including managing a unionized workforce.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for client representatives and site stakeholders.
• Manage site-level financial controls, including labor costs, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and drive improvements in guest experience and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in workforce accommodation, hotels, or industrial hospitality operations.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance systems, including OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a unionized workforce.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field.
