What you will do

• Coordinate complex interview schedules (remote and onsite) balancing business and candidate needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
• Manage logistics including virtual/onsite scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting rooms.
• Maintain accurate records and serve as the SME/admin for Greenhouse ATS.
• Generate recruiting reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support career fairs and various talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or executive scheduling, preferably in biotech.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, etc.) and calendar tools (Outlook, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Must be able to work 4-5 days per week onsite in Boston, MA.
