Salary: $135,000 - $146,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead operational strategy and day-to-day execution of the TA pipeline across sourcing and coordination functions.
- Manage and develop a team of Coordinators and Sourcers, driving performance and accountability.
- Oversee end-to-end pipeline health, ensuring efficient candidate flow aligned with hiring priorities.
- Optimize interviewer capacity and scheduling workflows to improve time-to-fill.
- Build scalable systems and process standards to enhance consistency and candidate experience.
- Translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights to improve overall hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading recruiting support or pipeline teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must reside in one of the listed US states.
- Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume or operationally complex hiring environments.
- Familiarity with capacity planning, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
