What you will do

• Provide level 2 in-person and remote technical support for office technologies and services.
• Analyze and resolve software and hardware performance issues.
• Document, categorize, and manage incident interactions within ServiceNow.
• Deploy hardware and install customized software for office users.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call support rotation.
• Partner with internal groups to resolve complex, multi-layer technical problems.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 2-4 years of related experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, macOS 15.6, and Office 365.
• Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
